Refund Policy

We want every WhoCalls customer to feel they got real value. This policy outlines when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Single Reports
If a single report returned no usable information (e.g. the number is completely unlisted and we could not deliver any meaningful data), you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
2. Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first billing cycle of any new subscription. After the 14-day window, payments for the current period are non-refundable, but cancellation stops all future charges.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@whocalls.me with your account email and the order ID. Most refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method.
4. Exceptions
- Refunds will not be issued for accounts terminated due to Terms violations.
- Refunds will not be issued for usage that exceeds plan limits.
