Account & billing

For billing questions, password resets, or to cancel a subscription, please include the email associated with your account so we can locate it quickly.

Report a problem

  • Inaccurate report data — include the lookup ID if available.
  • Payment failure — include the date and last 4 digits of the card.
  • Bug or unexpected behavior — describe what you did and what happened.
