Terms of Service
Last updated: May 24, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WhoCalls. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptable Use
WhoCalls is intended for lawful identification of unknown phone numbers (e.g. missed calls, suspected spam, due-diligence). You may not use the service to harass, stalk, defraud, or violate the privacy rights of any person, nor to make decisions about credit, employment, housing, or insurance — for those purposes a FCRA-regulated provider is required.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period (see our Refund Policy).
4. Service Availability
We work to keep WhoCalls available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or modify the service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.
5. Limitation of Liability
WhoCalls is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or legal risk to other users.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice.
