01922 is the area code for Walsall and nearby parts of the West Midlands and south Staffordshire, such as Aldridge and Bloxwich. Walsall has a traditional leather goods industry and a mix of manufacturing and service businesses. Calls from 01922 numbers might come from Walsall Council, Walsall Manor Hospital, GP practices, schools or local firms. Some parts of the Walsall borough use Birmingham's 0121 code instead. Because geographic numbers can be ported and run through internet phone services anywhere, and because caller ID can be spoofed, treat unexpected calls with care.
Who called me from 01922?
The prefix tells you where the line was originally registered (Walsall), but not who is behind it. Numbers can be ported between networks and caller ID can be spoofed, so a familiar code is no guarantee. Search the full number to see its current carrier, line type and whether other people have reported it.
