01952 is the area code for Telford and Newport in Shropshire. Telford was built as a new town from the 1960s and has many manufacturing, logistics and technology employers, as well as the Princess Royal Hospital and Telford and Wrekin Council. Calls from 01952 numbers may come from the council, NHS services, GP practices, schools, factories, distribution centres or local businesses. An 01952 number can be ported to another provider or used through VoIP anywhere, and caller ID can be faked, so the code should not be your only reason to trust a caller.
Who called me from 01952?
The prefix tells you where the line was originally registered (Telford), but not who is behind it. Numbers can be ported between networks and caller ID can be spoofed, so a familiar code is no guarantee. Search the full number to see its current carrier, line type and whether other people have reported it.
